The Platform provides online educational content for students. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Account sharing, reselling, or distributing course content without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Course Enrollment & Payments

Course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. Payments are processed via bank transfer and are subject to admin approval. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Promo codes are non-transferable and may not be combined.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including videos, documents, and course materials, is the intellectual property of After A-Level and its instructors. Reproducing, distributing, or sharing course content in any form is strictly prohibited.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform in any way.

6. Limitation of Liability

After A-Level is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Course content is provided for educational purposes only.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide during registration (name, mobile number, email) and information generated through your use of the Platform (course progress, payment records). We do not collect payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide access to courses, send OTP verification codes, process enrollments, and communicate important platform updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. SMS Communications

By registering on the Platform, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages (OTP codes, enrollment confirmations) on the mobile number you provide. You may not opt out of transactional messages required for account access.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies

The Platform uses session cookies necessary for authentication and functionality. These are not used for advertising or tracking across third-party sites.
